ProAuDHDuctive — Privacy Policy

Effective date: 27 May 2026

ProAuDHDuctive is a productivity app for AuDHD (autism + ADHD) brains. It is designed to be local-first: your tasks, routines, brain dumps, and chat history live on your device by default. This policy describes what that means in practice, and what changes if you choose to connect an external AI provider.

If anything here is unclear, email tech2urdoor@gmail.com.

1. What we collect from you

Nothing. ProAuDHDuctive has no servers of its own and runs no analytics, telemetry, crash reporting, advertising SDKs, or identifiers. We do not create an account for you, and we do not see your data.

2. What is stored on your device

The app stores the following on your iPhone or iPad, inside the app’s own protected storage (iOS AsyncStorage / Android equivalent). None of it leaves the device unless you take an action that sends it elsewhere (see §3 and §8).

Uninstalling the app deletes all of this. There is no cloud backup; nothing syncs across devices.

3. AI assistant — local or your choice of cloud provider

The app has four optional AI surfaces:

All four work out of the box using built-in templates — no AI is required. If you want a real model, you pick a provider in Settings → AI assistant:

Local

A model you run yourself on your own network or device (Ollama, llama.cpp, LM Studio, etc.). You enter the endpoint URL. No data leaves your network. We do not see it; nobody else does either.

Cloud providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, OpenAI-compatible)

When you select a cloud provider in Settings, the app shows a consent sheet listing exactly what each AI surface will send and to whom. No data is sent to that provider until you accept the consent sheet for that specific provider. Consent is granted per provider — switching to a different cloud provider re-prompts.

Once you accept and supply your own API key, the app sends data directly from your device to that provider using your key. The key never travels through any server we operate — we do not have any server. We do not see, log, or store any of the content that you send.

What is sent depends on which surface is in use:

Surface Data sent to your provider
Task suggestions The partial title you typed, the titles of today’s tasks, current time of day, and (if set) your selected energy level
Task breakdown The task title and any notes on the task
Brain dump extraction The raw brain dump text
Chat assistant Your chat history with the assistant; today’s task titles plus their done/now status, energy, and start time; your Later backlog (titles + energy); and your most recent brain dumps (up to 10 entries from the last 7 days, each truncated to the first 500 characters)

Each cloud surface has an individual on/off toggle in Settings under “Send to {provider}”. Turning a surface off keeps it on the built-in templates and prevents the app from sending anything to your provider for that surface, even while other surfaces remain enabled.

Once data reaches your provider, their own privacy policy governs how it is used and retained. We have no insight into or control over that. Their relevant policies as of this writing:

Switching providers in Settings does not transfer any data — it just changes where future requests go.

4. Microphone and voice transcription

The brain dump screen has an optional voice capture button. When you hold it down:

You can deny microphone permission and the rest of the app still works.

5. Notifications

If you enable Morning Summary in Settings, the app schedules a single daily local notification — meaning it is generated by your own device, on your device, with no server involved. You can disable it at any time. The app does not use remote push notifications.

6. No tracking, no advertising, no profiling

The app contains no advertising SDKs, no analytics tools, no third-party tracking pixels, no identifier-for-advertisers usage. We do not build a profile of you. We do not sell anything, because we do not have your data to sell.

7. Children

ProAuDHDuctive is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect data from anyone (see §1). If a child uses the app with their parent’s consent, the same on-device-only model applies.

8. Reporting AI responses

If an AI response in the app feels wrong, harmful, or inaccurate, every assistant message can be reported via long-press → Report. Settings → Report an AI response opens the same flow for non-chat surfaces. The Report action opens your mail client with the response content prefilled so you can send it to tech2urdoor@gmail.com. No data is sent unless you tap Send in your mail client.

This is the channel for the App Store guideline 1.2 obligation to provide a way to report objectionable AI output.

9. Deleting your data

Because ProAuDHDuctive stores everything on your device and runs no server, “deleting your data” is something you do directly, without contacting us.

To delete specific items inside the app:

To stop sending data to a cloud AI provider (without deleting it locally):

To delete everything at once:

What is retained after deletion: nothing on our side, because we hold nothing. Inside the app, deletion is immediate and not recoverable. Data already sent to a cloud AI provider is governed by that provider’s retention policy — see the links in §3.

Contact for deletion questions: if any of the above does not work for you, email tech2urdoor@gmail.com and we will help.

10. Changes to this policy

If we change anything material — for example, adding a new AI provider, a new optional integration, or a new data category — we will update this page and bump the effective date at the top. Because the app stores no email address or account, there is no mailing-list notification. Re-checking this URL is the way to see updates.

11. Contact

Questions, concerns, or reports go to:

tech2urdoor@gmail.com

We aim to respond within a reasonable timeframe; this is a one-person project, so “reasonable” varies.
